Have you guys ever heard of Covered Goods? GAME CHANGER. Seriously! Its perfect because they baby's carseat is all the way covered with just a little opening for people to take a little peak. Ive used this multiple times when pumping too. We recently went on vacation and while we were out I needed to pump. I just put the cover on and did my thing. The Nursery & The Names

Im currently 30 weeks along. That means we have only about 6 more weeks until these babies come. Everyone always asks me are you ready? My response is nope every single time. I don't think anyone is ever fully ready to become a mother. To be honest, I hate being pregnant. If you follow me on snapchat you know this already. I know they're worth it, but dang guys. It sucks! My body is starting to ache and my feet hurt.
So if you follow me on insta (@alicianicolethomas) I posted a pic of the cribs and the P & B. I decided to give everyone a little sneak peak of the nursery. Its not all done yet guys but people keep asking me to see it. Im seriously taking forever because I want this nursery to be perfect. But here it is. Its not done yet so no judging me please.

So this is the changing table. We have pink sheets my mom is making for the changing table and the cribs. So those are coming soon! Most of the signs came from hobby lobby. Gold lamp came from the holy store target. Im literally obsessed with target.
Swaddles. They have so many swaddles. Most of them my mom made but the rest are from Little unicorn or KBcute designs

THESE BOWS.. IM SO OBSESSED WITH BOWS. These bows from Sticky Bliss. (Shes on instagram @stickybliss) I just threw these in because like who isn't obsessed with bows. They have literally a full drawer full of bows. You can never have to many bows.

My best friend Rachelle gave me the "all you need is love sign". I thought it would be perfect for the nursery. The rocking was only $40. We bought it off of Mesa Consign, the facebook group. My aunt made us that beautiful blanket and gave it to use for our wedding. Pillow is from...the holy store Target!

You cant really see the color of the curtains in this picture. The picture below it you can, but I LOVE THEM. They tie the room together so well. GUYS TWO CAR SEATS. TWO. It makes it feel so real!

Im obsessed with their carseat covers. We got them from Milk Maid Goods. They're also on instagram as well! :)

Okay, P & B. So my worst fear is that someone will take these names. Thats why we haven't announced them, but everyone keeps asking us so we decided we would just tell everyone. IF ANYONE TAKES THESE NAMES BYE FELICIA. No but really.
P- is for Presley Noelle. Ive always loved this name. This is the name I picked out. For some reason I've just always loved it and wanted a little girl named Presley. We plan on calling her P or Pres.
B- is for Bostyn Nicole. Mark picked this name. I remember seeing it when I was 13 years old and said im naming my daughter that one day! Nicole is my middle name so thats why she has it and Noelle ( which is Presley's middle name) just went with it.
So there you have it. We are naming these little girls Presley and Bostyn.

Like I said the nursery is almost done. I still have a couple things to do but, there it is. I think its way cuter in person.
I cant believe they will be here in 6 or so weeks.
Cant wait to hold my little girls.

Pregnancy Wardrobe & Pink Blush Maternity Giveaway

Pregnancy is rough not only on our bodies, but our self esteem as well. There is always that one stage where nothing fits, you feel huge and you know you're about to get bigger! Im currently 19 weeks and feeling huge. It's important to find clothes you feel comfy and cute in while your body is changing. A lot of people have been asking me where I have been getting my clothes from lately, so I thought I would go over my wardrobe. Not all of these clothes are maternity clothes by the way, so they can fit anyone no matter what size. Comfy clothes are so important especially during the summer. The bigger my belly gets the shorter the dresses get unfortunately, so it gets hard to find modest clothing sometimes. I LOVE this dress from Pink Blush Maternity. I love the color and the florals on this dress. So dang cute and florals are totally in now as well. Its a perfect length, light, and so comfy! You could wear it to not only church but just as a cute summer dress as well or even your own baby shower. You want this dress? ;) Pink Blush Maternity was so sweet and teamed up with me and gave me a $75 gift card to giveaway. You can head over to my instagram @alicianicolethomas for details on how to win this $75 Gift Card from Pink Blush Maternity. I seriously love their dresses. They are way comfy and cute for the summer. Head on over to their website and check out their clothes.

This next dress is my life. I own so many of these dresses. They're way comfy and such a good length. They literally come in so many colors, which is a straight blessing. I got this one from Called To Surf . Once again florals....I know. Its such a cute summer dress though, light and perfect for the AZ heat. A lot of boutiques have them. Wren&Ivory has a ton as well. For you AZ ladies she's local which is even better. You can shop at her house and bring home these amazing dresses with you.

Last Dress is from Posey and Pence on Instagram. All the boutiques are selling these dresses for $50+ but I got this one from them for $25. Blessed. Its so cute and comfy. Perfect for literally ANYTHING. Baby shower to engagements.. you name it.

Other than these these, dresses especially the swing dresses, you'll catch me in leggings and a comfy top.  These are some of my favorite outfits. Shop away. Don't forget to enter my giveaway on instagram. All the details are on there. @alicianicolethomas.

Finding Out We Were Pregnant With The Twins

Before we got married, I told my husband I wanted to start a family right away. He was the total opposite like every other husband. He told me he wanted to wait at least one or two years. Of course I didn't argue so I got on birth control. In January a month after we got married the birth control started messing with my body so I decided to get off of it. My husband was scared and I was like whatever. So we went about our life together. Except, my husband started to become more baby hungry, which he doesn't like to admit by the way. We both just decided when it happens it happens type of thing. Middle of march I started getting really sad and frustrated because I felt like all my other friends and people we knew were getting pregnant. I wanted a baby and I wanted my baby NOW. Little did I know a few weeks later we would find out we were pregnant. My period week came along and nothing. Of course I was so excited to take a test. I took one everyday for a WHOLE WEEK. Day 7 of no period I was so confused, all my test were negative. I was taking first response tests, one after another. I thought something might be wrong? So I made an appointment with my OB. I decided I wasn't going to to take another test until I honestly felt like I needed too or got an impression and I prayed to Heavenly Father to help me. Later that afternoon I decided I needed to take another test but a different kind of test, not the first response test like I was taking. I went to the store and grabbed a clear blue test. My husband was on his way home but I couldn't wait. I took the test and sat down on the couch and talked with my husband. I told him I just took a test, he thought nothing of it because I took SO many tests that week hahaha. When I walked over to the test my heart dropped.
GUYS IT SAID PREGNANT
My heart completely dropped and tears started rolling down my face, I told my husband! I couldn't stop crying. I called my mom and told her the news. That night we were supposed to have dinner with my family so we decided to share the news then. Well in the middle of the excitement we forgot it was April 1st. APRIL FOOLS. We found out we were pregnant on April Fools. So of course no one believed us. My sister said " I'll ask you tomorrow if you're actually pregnant" Okay Carina haha. The next day I called my OB and told them I was pregnant. My appointment was in a few weeks which was perfect. We found out when I was 4.5 weeks and went in when I was 7.5 weeks.
That morning of the doctors appointment I was so anxious. We walked into the office and signed in. Then my name was called back. Waiting for the doctor to come in felt like forever. I laid down on the bed and my husband was two chairs away from me. I said "babe, are you not going to hold my hand?" after I said that the doctor walked in. Mark just sat there and I was like whatever. Doctor starts the ultrasound, it probably was within the first 10 seconds I said to myself....great they cant find anything, there is not baby in here. Here is the thing, even after I took the clear blue test and it was positive, the first response was STILL negative. So of course for those three weeks I was like...am I actually pregnant. Yes Alicia, you were reallllll pregnant girl haha.
All the sudden the doctor says, "There is a baby, oh and there is another one" EXCUSE ME???
I told the doctor he was lying and he said no, I don't lie about this stuff. You're having twins. TWINS! TWO BABIES! TWO FREAKIN BABIES.We were both so shocked. We started calling family and tell them. I couldn't believe it.

I would have never thought in a million years we would be having twins. TWO BABIES. I still can't believe it. We announced around 8 weeks, this was my husbands decision. I wanted to wait until 12 to make sure my babies were okay! Mark kept asking please please please. So I said a prayer in my heart for comfort and I just got an overwhelming feeling. I knew these were our babies and everything would be okay!

So we were so were so anxious to find out the sex of these babies. I thought it was two girls, my husband thought it was a boy and a girl, but wanted two boys. EVERYONE was like its a boy and a girl Alicia, your'e having a boy and a girl. Even his mom said that. I honestly started getting mad. I would love my children the same but lets be honest.....boys scare me....We found out what we were having at almost 15 weeks. My amazing sisters and momma put on a gender reveal party for us!

thank you to Megan Sessions for recording this amazing video we will treasure forever
TWINS GIRLS COMING IN HOTT. Mothers instinct is always right, just saying! So I'm now 17 weeks along. Pretty much half way done because twins come at 33-36. I finally have a little bump. My husband and I met when i was 18 years old. We knew each other for about 4 months before we started dating. I was friends with his best friend first actually and then I met my husband. My husband said it was love at first site for him, but me was totally opposite. So, we started dating and four months later he proposed. Six months later we got married in the Gilbert LDS Temple on December 19, 2015 and it was the best day of my life. We have been married for 6 months and now we are expecting TWIN GIRLS,yes twin girls.
